Housing Matters
The Home front still has issues.
Unemployment, continued job losses, excessive inventory, lack of equity are all contributing to continued problems in the economy.
Even renters, it seems, need to be concerned.
Don’t get caught up in the hype. If housing is an issue we need to deal with it.
- Identify our problem
- Come up with a few alternatives
- Choose one
- Act on it
- Stay healthy and put this in long term perspective
Don’t get overwhelmed by the cynicism and negativity out there. Let’s be a leader in our own thinking, not a follower.

We live once. Be happy and strive to make the best out of each and every day.
The government is not immune to doing stupid things, and creating too much debt is a stupid thing.
Just because we cannot control their behavior, doesn’t mean we can’t do something.
Just do it.
