With the economy in tough shape this year, it is easy to become cynical and removed from our traditional values.

We have much to be thankful for, and need to remember that.

Give yourself a present this Holiday. After the family and friends have left, make time to relax quietly by yourself and read or re-read T Harv Eker’s masterpiece.

What we focus on becomes our reality, and complaining, whining, and crying is focusing on the negatives in our life.

Do we really want more of that?

Lost income, savings, value in the stock market, retirement funds, and home values is the reality of the ebb and flow of life.

So is lost hair, (not lost pounds unfortunately!), energy, friends, loved ones.

Doing the best we can with what we have left is the key to responding maturely to the difficulty that comes into our lives. It is often unexpected, unwanted, and overstays its welcome like some friends and relatives.

Jot down at least ten people, events, or things that we are thankful for and give these positive resources the attention they deserve. Watch how more of these start to magically appear in our lives by the Law of Attraction.

Happy Thanksgiving to all.
