He did say bring a kleenex.

If you read this week’s memo, you needed one.

I am obsessed with the genius of Roy H Williams.

His latest post had me scurrying through rabbit holes  all over the place.

What a treat.

Part of my psyche dwells in things earthly, especially creating something with my hands where there was nothing before but a wasteland of weeds. Not that there is anything wrong with weeds…

Working with the two “w’s” has been a passion of mine.

My wife and wood I suppose I could answer, if pressed for the explanation.

Symbolically, there  may be even more depth to that idea.

Roy, all I can say is “Been there, done that”.

Readers of this blog will see it in blog posts, in our personal growth articles , and all over the place.

My advice, which you didn’t ask for (smart):

Do it anyways.

Build, create, enjoy what you can.

Illegitimi non carborundum.

We have built homes, done subdivisions, and enjoyed the creative process while constructng our own home(s).

Making babies falls into that category as well I guess:  Been there done that too.

Grandchildren are a special bonus we hadn’t counted on.

Kind of like subdividing a lot.

Graduating from high school in 1963, the sound of the Mamas and Papas is still a haunting melody.

Stand by me is still one of my favorite movies. I guess I will conclude by saying this is a far richer world because Roy shares his ideas and values with us until he reaches the tipping point.
